Yes, all watches come supplied in the brand packaging with all relevant instruction booklets and stamped, dated guarantee. Where available we also include the gift bag you would have received had you bought the watch or jewellery in our shop.
We use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels. Orders are despatched using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or if next day delivery is required we use Royal Mail Special Delivery. Both formats require a signature - if you are not in, Royal Mail will leave you a card to collect the parcel from your local sorting office or rearrange delivery. Don’t worry, you have 14 days in which to return the item as long as it is in pristine condition* (terms and conditions apply) and you can have an exchange or a full refund. Please see our returns policy for more information. Your statutory rights are not affected.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item or not what you ordered, then you can return it to us and we will gladly exchange or issue a full refund. We would also refund any return postage costs but please give us a call on 01775 714900 to let us know to expect the parcel.
You can take it to your nearest reputable watch retailer who will be able to adjust it for you, although there may be a charge for this service. Alternatively we can do this in store if you prefer. If the watch bracelet is too small please contact us straightaway, as we will probably be able to get you extra links to make it larger. This is usually done free of charge (excluding P&P).
If the watch does develop a fault which is covered by the guarantee, please follow the instructions in your booklet for return to the brand service centre. We will be happy to advise you on any aspect regarding your return. Feel free to call us for advice on 01775 714900.
