Returns Policy

Not what you were looking for?

Don't worry, most items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange if you decide its not quite what you wanted.

Items must be in pristine, unworn, unaltered, condition with full packaging as received.

Recorded or Special Delivery post should be used.

Postage costs for returned goods can only be refunded if an item is returned as defective or faulty.

What can not be returned?

Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, we cannot give refunds on earrings. Items that are specially ordered to size, such as rings, cannot be returned. Likewise, any items that have been personalised by engraving etc cannot be returned.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Incorrect items

If an item needs to be returned because it has a fault or is not the correct item, then you can return the item to us and we will gladly exchange or issue a full refund.
