Returns Policy

Not what you were looking for?

Don't worry, most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange if you decide its not quite what you wanted.

Items must be in pristine, unworn, unaltered, condition with full packaging as received.

Recorded or Special Delivery post should be used to return your item.

Postage costs for returned goods can only be refunded if an item is returned as defective or faulty otherwise you are liable for the cost of returning your item.

What can not be returned?

Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, we cannot give refunds on earrings. Items that are specially ordered to size, such as rings, cannot be returned. Likewise, any items that have been personalised by engraving etc cannot be returned.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Faulty or Incorrect items

If an item needs to be returned because it has a fault or is not the correct item, then you can return the item to us and we will gladly exchange or issue a full refund. We would also refund any return postage costs.

How To Return Your Item(s)

Please email us in the first instance to notify us of your intention to return your item(s) and the reasons why.

Once your return is authorised please mail your product to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 days of this email.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
